Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and ForgeDBI, LLC, a limited liability company operating under the trade name PlotAtlas.

By accessing or using PlotAtlas's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Services

PlotAtlas is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed to help home builders create interactive community maps, manage lot availability, capture leads, and embed widgets on their websites.

Multi-Tenant Use

Each customer ("tenant") is provided isolated access to their own data. You may not attempt to access another tenant's data or systems.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation

Intellectual Property

PlotAtlas is a proprietary software platform owned and operated by ForgeDBI, LLC. ForgeDBI, LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the PlotAtlas platform, including all related intellectual property.

Customers retain ownership of their data and grant ForgeDBI, LLC a limited license to process such data solely to provide the services.

By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

PlotAtlas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Billing and Subscriptions

PlotAtlas offers subscription-based pricing plans. By selecting a plan and completing the checkout process, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.

All fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period. Subscription renewals are automatic unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free or discounted introductory periods (for example, a 30-day free period on a paid plan). If you accept such an offer, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method the standard recurring subscription fee for that plan when the free or promotional period ends, and to continue charging that fee on a recurring basis, unless you cancel before the end of the promotional period.

At signup we will clearly disclose the amount and the date of the first charge, and we will send you at least one reminder by email before that charge occurs. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard, and cancellation before the first charge date means you will not be charged.

Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period; standard rates apply thereafter.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan features through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@plotatlas.io within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.

We reserve the right to offer refunds, credits, or other considerations on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time.

Disclaimer

PlotAtlas is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
